With courts like these, who needs enemies?

"About 200,000 of 666,000 voters who have registered in Ohio since Jan. 1 have records that don't match."

Secretary of State Jennifer Brunner, a Democrat, has said the discrepancies most likely stem from innocent clerical errors rather than fraud but has set up a verification plan. The Supreme Court on Friday overruled a federal appeals court that had ordered Ohio's top elections official to do more to help counties verify voter eligibility, citing a technicality (the RNC had brought the suit). The ruling could make it easier to vote for thousands of Ohioans whose voter registration information did not match up with other government records. The left is hailing this ruling as giving freedom back to Ohio.

My take? Either the technicality exists and it was known about by Brunner and the courts before the first ruling, or it does not exist and political shenanigans are occurring. Frankly, I believe it is the latter, and whichever is the case, the left is finding ways to legitimize illegal voters. Am I the only one who cannot believe that with honest registrations, 1 in every 3 will have different SS numbers on various government documents? So, what happens when honest people attempt to have proper voting verification? The courts sell them out. This is reprehensible when we know for a fact that ACORN has worked their little fingers off getting non-people registered....and it has been to benefit one and only one party: the Democrats. It's no wonder the libs over at Kos are crowing.

Great post Kassie and welcome to the AntiKos! This will make Ohio even more difficult for McCain-Palin. Let's see what the lawyers on our side have left for cards.
