Oh No, Barack Obama Is Changing His Tax Plan Already!

The Redistributor is at it again. What started out as a "more than 250k" tax hike has deteriorated to a "more than 150k" redistribution of wealth plan. Americans are waking up to this "Ponzi" scheme and the polls are reflecting it. McCain is on board with what is going on and is starting to nail Obama as seen below. Obama is on the defense and that is a good place to have him going into the final weekend of the race.

John McCain, this morning in Hershey, Pennsylvania:

Senator Obama has made a lot of promises. First he said people making less than 250,000 dollars would benefit from his plan, then this weekend he announced in an ad that if you're a family making less than 200,000 dollars you'll benefit — but yesterday, right here in Pennsylvania, Senator Biden said tax relief should only go to "middle class people — people making under 150,000 dollars a year." It's interesting how their definition of rich has a way of creeping down. At this rate, it won't be long before Senator Obama is right back to his vote that Americans making just 42,000 dollars a year should get a tax increase. We can't let that happen.

Every "soak the rich" scheme that has ever been sold to the American public has turned into a "soak everyone" scheme within a few years.

The current income tax was instituted with promises that it would only ever affect the top 1% of earners in the country. Didn't work out that way, did it?

How would you stage a modern day Boston Tea Party if Obama gets to destroy our tax system?

"If Obama gets to destroy our tax system" Surely you jest.
If not, you are showing less intelligence than a lobotomized chimpanzee who's had slightly too much to drink.

The way I look at your picture in this post is that "Are We Next?" people only have to worry if McCainarthy is elected. I mean, seriously, more tax breaks for huge companies?

Socialism and wealth distribution for the rich. It's the GOP way.

Go look up the votes for the bailout, sunshine. It got even more support from the democrats.

Ooooo. Good point. But that's Socialism at the point of a gun. In all honesty it would not be fair to blame the GOP solely for the financial meltdown, but the problem is that the democrats *went along with GOP principals* and did not enact legislation to regulate the industry. If they had voted as democrats usually do, we would not be in this mess.

Now you can point to the bailout, which (arguably, but probably) was put in place to prevent a systemic economic meltdown, was socialism for the rich (and I'd agree), and that more democrats voted for it, but I'd then have to point out that McCainarthy wants to go several steps further, and not only keep the Bush tax cuts for corporations and the rich, but INCREASE them.

Who's worse?
